We are reputable and responsiable human hair factory, our goal is to provide our customer the best quality human hair product at lower cost. Since most of our customers are satisfied with our quality, but we also understand if customer may ask for return or exchange, below is the return or exchange poplicy.
1) Please Kindly inform our sales consultant within 7 days from receiving the Hera hair goods if you want to return or exchange. If out of 7 days, we will not accept return or exchange.
2) Please keep the Hera hair goods in original condition, do not wear, style, cut , glue or wash and etc.
3) For Refund or exchange, the goods will need to be shipped to us firstly, if the Hera hair products are not in good condition and influence resale, we will refuse to return or exchange. Loss has to be aforded by customer side.
4) If customer make mistake on order, and cause incorrect length, color or other point, our factory won't burden the responsibility.
5) Please kindly write to our sales when you find goods are in fault, and let us know what it is really. After confirmation, will deal with refund or exchange.
6) Especially for full lace wigs:
Please Do Not Cut the Lace;
Please Do Not Rip or Tear the Lace;
Please Do Not Put any kind of Chemicals on the Wig Unit;
Please Do Not Wear the Wig Unit;
Please Do Not Put Glue or Tape on the Wig Unit;
Please Do Not Put Products on the Wig Unit;
Please Do Not Wash or Condition the Wig Unit;
Please Do Not Dye the Wig Unit;
Please Do Not Perm or Put Relaxer on the Wig Unit;
Please Do Not Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig Unit; .
7. ) In-Stock Units:
If you are returning an In-Stock unit, you will not be charged a restocking fee. You may return the unit for an exchange of another In-Stock unit or a Custom unit as long as you meet all the terms above. you need pay for the shipping of the original wig back to us and the shipping of the replacement wig back to you.No refunds will be issued.
8.)Making Changes to Your Order:
We begin your order within 24 -48 hours of receipt of your payment. Therefore, any changes to your order MUST BE received no later then 24 hours from the time you place your order.
